- Please note that since these are sized down to scale for a keychain charm, intricate details and fine creases may not be seen. There may be slight lines in the design, which is part of the nature of engraving.
- Due to the customized nature of these charms, please allow 3-5 business days to ship.

Please note that custom engraving requires additional processing time and ships within 3 to 5 business days. This item will be personalized and cannot be canceled or returned except for manufacturers defects.
Every laurelbox is shipped in our signature packaging, which includes crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a gift message inside our high quality beautiful shipping box. We never include receipts or billing information!
Most laurelboxes ship in our signature packaging within 1 to 3 business days via USPS. Orders that include custom engraving ship within 3 to 5 business days. Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout.
Each and every laurelbox includes a complimentary card. During checkout, you can add a gift message. Please note that we only offer one card per order. Additional cards are available for $3 per card.
