Shipping

Most laurelboxes ship in our signature packaging within 2 to 4 business days via USPS.  Orders that include custom engraving ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. Once shipped, our carriers deliver based on the approximate schedule listed below.

Please note that once all orders leave our office, we are not responsible for carrier delays. We know that they will feel loved and remembered by your gesture, even if the gift is a bit delayed. If your order is lost, our shipping insurance covers the cost of a replacement laurelbox.

We ship via USPS. You will have the option to choose your shipping method at checkout.

We do not offer free shipping, and our shipping prices start at $6.95 per laurelbox sent.

We are so sorry your laurelbox has been delayed! Unfortunately, if the delay occurs because of delays with USPS, it is out of our control and we cannot offer refunds for delays. If, however, the delay seems outside of normal (10 to 15 days after shipment), email us at info@laurelbox.com and we will look into it with you! If your order is lost, our shipping insurance covers the cost of a replacement laurelbox.

We are so sorry to hear you are having trouble with your order! Have your friend take a good look around their home/yard/front door/neighbor's home. They can also ask their local carrier or call their local USPS office. Also, keep in mind one of the funniest little quirks of USPS is that they give themselves 1-2 days AFTER a package is marked delivered to actually deliver the package.

So, if you've searched around, given USPS the additional 1-2 days after receiving the notice of delivery, and called your local USPS office and you still don't have the package in hand, send us an email at info@laurelbox.com. We will jump in on this with you! Breath easy – 99% of the time the laurelbox shows up. The great news is that we ship all our boxes with shipping insurance! After 15 days in transit, this shipping insurance covers the cost of a replacement laurelbox.

If that is unsuccessful, send us an email at info@laurelbox.com. We are are here to help locate your laurelbox, but we cannot guarantee success.

If the delivery was unsuccessful due to customer error inputting the address, and the order is delivered back to our warehouse, we will ship a replacement for the cost of shipping. Reach out to us via email and we will take good care of you! 

All sales are final once the gift leaves the laurelbox warehouse. If the gift you sent has been returned to our warehouse, you will be notified by email. You have 5 business days to respond with a new shipping address or the order will be refunded minus a 30% restock fee. You can ship the returned gift to a new address or to yourself if you prefer. The reshipment fee is $12.

Packaging

Each laurelbox is shipped in our signature packaging, which includes tissue paper and a gift message inside our high quality beautiful shipping box (no receipts or billing information is ever included!).

No need to worry! Every laurelbox is packaged as a gift, and never includes any prices, billing information, or receipts. Ever.

Purchases of multiple curated laurelboxes in a single order will be shipped in separate shipments. You will receive carrier tracking information for each shipment. We do not offer the option to ship a curated laurelbox inside a separate shipping box. We do not offer the option to put a laurelbox inside a separate shipping box, so your gift will packaged in the laurelbox shipping box that has gone through your postal service.

If you would like to ship multiple "build your own laurelbox" separately packaged in one single order, please add this listing to your order. Click here to ship multiple Build Your Own laurelboxes in one order.  Please leave a detailed note at checkout with which items you'd like packaged together. We will package and ship your order as specified in your order notes in separate shipments. You will receive USPS tracking information for each shipment. Yes! Each and every laurelbox includes a complimentary card. During checkout, you can add a gift message. Please note that we only offer one card per order. Additional cards are available for $3 per card. If you need help writing your gift message, send us an email atinfo@laurelbox.comand we will help guide you in what to send and write in your card.

Other Questions

International shipping is currently available to limited countries. If you do not see your desired destination on our site, email us at info@laurelbox.com and we can try and make it available! Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout. 

Who handles your international shipping? We ship all our international orders with Passport, our trusted third-party international shipping partner. Passport has a number of shipping partners around the world that handle your local delivery and ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?To create a better delivery experience for you, we ship all international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). By shipping DDP, duties, and taxes are collected directly at checkout so that your package is not stopped and held by customs. Please note that duties and taxes assessed by customs vary by country and product.

Do you ship orders to the UK? If so, how will orders be shipped? Yes, we ship to the UK. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping, and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135.

How can I track my package? Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. You can track the progress of your order directly on your laurelbox tracking page.

When will I receive my order? We want you to receive your order as fast as possible! International orders are typically delivered within 8 -14 business days once the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled, the estimated delivery date will be shown on your tracking page.

My package seems to have stopped moving. If your package stops moving at any point, do not fret! It is still on its way to you and is likely just clearing customs. Occasionally, there may be delays due to customs or weather events. If this happens, your tracking page will be updated with the latest shipping status. At any time, if you have a shipping-related question, you can reach out via your tracking page (‘Need Help’ button) or via email at help@passportshipping.com.

We are unable to offer holds for later ship dates at this time.

Due to the highly customized nature of laurelbox gifts, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Customized orders may not be changed or altered once the order is placed. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized products except in the event of item defects or our error.
