Please note that we do not offer the option to put a laurelbox inside a separate shipping box, so your gift will be packaged in the laurelbox shipping box that has gone through your postal service. But rest assured... that shipping box is beautiful and part of what makes laurelbox special!

Most laurelboxes ship after a processing period of:

1–3 business days for standard orders
3–5 business days for orders with custom engraving
7–10 business days for international orders

Our offices are closed—and do not ship—on Federal Holidays.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Once your package leaves our office, carriers deliver on the approximate timelines below:

International Shipping & Hand Packaging (Direct Duties Paid): 8–14 business days

Please note that once orders are in transit, carrier delays are outside of our control. Even if a package arrives later than expected, we know your recipient will still feel deeply remembered by your gesture. If your package is lost in transit, our shipping insurance fully covers a replacement laurelbox.

Each and every laurelbox includes a complimentary card. During checkout, you can add a gift message. Please note that we only offer one card per order. Additional cards are available for $3 per card. easily rusts

I received this windchime as a gift end of last year. I hung it outside, it starting looking tarnished and rough within a month. It is very cute and I hate to get rid of it because it was customized but you almost cannot see what was engraved on it because it is so worn off.

We would truly love to make this right by sending you a replacement. Would you mind letting me know which wind chime you received? Some of our styles are best suited for covered patios or porches and may not hold up as well in direct exposure to rain. If you’re hoping to display it fully outdoors, I’d be happy to recommend a more weather-resistant option. That said, over time, all chimes can show signs of weathering if left uncovered.
