Shining Bright Birthday Candle

Each laurelbox is shipped in our signature packaging, which includes crinkle paper and a gift message inside our high quality beautiful shipping box (no receipts or billing information is ever included!). Gifts purchased individually are shipped in one shipping box per order.

Please note that we do not offer the option to put a laurelbox inside a separate shipping box, so your gift will be packaged in the laurelbox shipping box that has gone through your postal service. But rest assured... that shipping box is beautiful and part of what makes laurelbox special!

Most laurelboxes ship after a processing period of:

• 1–3 business days for standard orders
• 3–5 business days for orders with custom engraving
• 7–10 business days for international orders

Our offices are closed—and do not ship—on Federal Holidays.

Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. Once your package leaves our office, carriers deliver on the approximate timelines below:

• Standard Shipping & Hand Packaging: 4–8 business days
  
• Priority Shipping & Hand Packaging: 2–5 business days
  
• International Shipping & Hand Packaging (Direct Duties Paid): 8–14 business days
  

Please note that once orders are in transit, carrier delays are outside of our control. Even if a package arrives later than expected, we know your recipient will still feel deeply remembered by your gesture. If your package is lost in transit, our shipping insurance fully covers a replacement laurelbox.

Each and every laurelbox includes a complimentary card. During checkout, you can add a gift message. Please note that we only offer one card per order. Additional cards are available for $3 per card.
