Role Overview: Fulfillment Specialist
We’re a small, mission-driven business that creates meaningful sympathy gifts to help people feel supported during times of loss. We’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist who’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to keep our fulfillment process running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, making sure each order is prepared with care and accuracy. - Status: 18+ Hours Part-time
- Pay: $17/hour (increases to $20/hour after one year)
- Work Location: In-person in Cincinnati, Ohio
Compensation & Benefits
- Eligible for performance bonuses in May and December
- Hourly pay increases from $17/hour to $20/hour after one year
Purpose of the Role
The Fulfillment Specialist ensures customer orders are carefully picked, packed, and verified for accuracy. This role helps deliver beautiful, thoughtful gifts by maintaining quality and care in every step of the fulfillment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Shop and pick orders accurately based on order details
- Pack orders securely, ensuring all items are included
- Double-check orders for accuracy before shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask while maintaining quality control
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Previous fulfillment or production experience preferred but not required
