Sustained

I've given this mug several times as a gift for those grieving or going through challenging times. I love that it is truly a promise of God's presence and not a pithy, short-sighted look at true sadness or grief. Every time I've given it, the recipient has loved it!

Someone created a laurel box for us after our son passed away--it had the mug, a feather ornament, the leather journal, and a handkerchief. It was so meaningful to me that I have sent them to a few folks since. It's such a nice way to show that you are thinking of someone.

I sent this to a precious young woman who lost her dear husband to covid. She is expecting their second son, and it's been such a hard time. I found this wonderful website, and I ordered this spoon, along with a mug and tea towel. She wrote a note of thanks, saying how beautiful the tea towel and spoon were and how touched she was.
