Every laurelbox is shipped in our signature packaging, which includes crinkle paper, tissue paper, and a gift message inside our high quality beautiful shipping box. We never include receipts or billing information!

Most laurelboxes ship in our signature packaging within 1 to 3 business days via USPS.  Orders that include custom engraving ship within 3 to 5 business days. International orders ship within 7 to 10 business days.

Our offices are closed and do not ship on Federal Holidays. Once shipped, our carriers deliver based on the approximate schedule listed below.

Beautiful chimes and AMAZING service!

I was seeking something to commemorate my parents 57th wedding anniversary - it is bittersweet bc my dad recently passed and my mom is struggling with intense grief. I wanted something that sounded soothing and beautiful and not morose or hollow or depressing… and I came across Laurelbox Memorial Chimes. The only problem is that I was late ordering and the shipment was going to miss the anniversary date. I messaged them and somehow Denise arranged for the engraver to stay late that Friday afternoon and do my custom message engraving after hours so that the chimes would arrive ON TIME. My mom cried when she opened them. They are hanging in her garden and are the most beautiful momento of a beautiful union.
